Every customer who creates an account joins your list: contact details, delivery addresses, order history. In two seconds you can see what Mrs Martin bought last year, and you can block an account if some clever clogs is taking advantage.
Discounts for your regulars
You can give a discount to one particular customer or to a group of customers. Your best customer deserves a little something, especially if she has already ordered the same jar of honey six times.
Promotion rules go further: a discount from the twentieth order, a free item above a certain amount, loyalty points, or free delivery. You set the conditions, and the shop applies them.
Newsletters in a few minutes
You can announce your new products, your special offers or your holiday closure by newsletter, in each customer’s language. Sending emails and newsletters is included in the subscription.
All your emails in one place
Messages sent from the contact form arrive in your dashboard, alongside the emails the shop has sent to your customers. You can see who received what, and you reply without searching through three inboxes.
Text messages for urgent news
For a flash sale or an event, you can send text messages to your customers. SMS packs are available as an option: 800 SMS for €54 or 2,000 SMS for €135.

Are newsletters included in the subscription?
Yes. Emails and newsletters are included. Only text messages are an optional extra.
Do my customers need an account to order?
An account lets them find their orders and addresses again, and lets you keep in touch. It is also what makes discounts and loyalty rewards possible.
What about GDPR?
Your customers’ data stays in your shop, hosted in France. You only send the newsletter to customers who have agreed to it, and a customer can ask for their account to be deleted.
