Made for your activity : Complete catalog management
Your catalogue is your shelves. On 123Ventes, the shelves have no limit: you can put ten products on them or ten thousand. We have never seen a shelf collapse under the weight of a catalogue, but we keep an eye on it.
Simple organisation
You sort your items into categories and sub-categories. You choose which items and which categories appear on the home page. Your customers find what they are looking for without rummaging through the whole shop.
Complete product pages
Each product page can include:
- several photos: a main one, plus views from the left, the right, above and below;
- a short description and a long description, formatted just like in a word processor;
- the price, VAT, weight, dimensions and stock;
- standard details (size, colour, material…) and custom details;
- options for the customer to choose, with or without an extra charge;
- a making or delivery time;
- a PDF manual or a video.
So if you sell chairs, you can attach the assembly instructions. Your customers will thank you, and so will their chairs.
For handmade products
A one-off piece only sells once. With a stock of 1, it can no longer be ordered once it is sold, and you can leave it on show marked “sold” to display your work. For made-to-order products, the making time appears on the product page, so the customer knows what to expect.
Highlights that help you sell
You can flag your special offers, your new products and your star items. A product on offer catches the eye, especially when it sits in the right place. Your customers also find these selections on their own pages: special offers, new products, top picks.
A good description already sells
A good product page answers questions before anyone asks them: the real size, the material, how to look after it, the delivery time. It also helps Google understand what you sell. See our search engine tips.
Your questions
Is there a limit on the number of products?
No. You can add as many products as you like, whatever your subscription.
Can I offer the same product in several sizes or colours?
Yes, with options and details. The customer chooses their version before adding the product to the basket.
Are my product pages translated?
Yes, if you want them to be: you can write the name and description of each product in the shop’s five languages. Start with French, then add the other languages for the products your customers abroad are interested in.
