Building a shop alone in front of a screen is not always much fun. That is why we offer you 1 h 30 of one-to-one help. We help you by video call or by phone, and we answer all your questions, even the ones you are too shy to ask.

What is the hour and a half for?

• Taking a tour of your dashboard together.
• Adding your first products with you.
• Setting up your payment methods and delivery options.
• Checking that everything works before you open.

Real people on the other end of the line

Our support is provided in French by a small team based in Vence, in the Alpes-Maritimes. When you call us, you won’t get a robot asking you to press 1, then 4, then hash, before playing you the same tune for twenty minutes. You get a person who knows the platform.

Need more time?

You can book extra hours of help at 50 € an hour: training, help with entering your catalogue, or advice on search engines and social media.

Do I have to pay for support?

No. Support is included in the subscription. Only personal help beyond the free hour and a half is charged.
