Protection of personal data

1 - Law

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC of the CNIL 1.2.3 Ventes implements the following provisions.

2 - Purposes determined

The personal data collected by 1.2.3 Ventes will not be subject to any particular processing, resale or use by a third party. The only possible use is for internal and anonymous statistical purposes.

3 - Retention period

Your personal data will be kept until you request deletion of your account, or 3 years in the event of inactivity. No archived copy or duplicate will be produced. In the event of inactivity, a warning eMail will be sent 6 months, 3 months, 1 month before the definitive deletion.

4 - Sensitive data

Sensitive data such as payment or delivery API accounts are protected by the rules of the art in IT security. Your store is encrypted by an SSL certificate.

5 - Cookies

The 123ventes.com website uses necessary technical cookies (session, language, form security) and, only with your consent, audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads). You are asked for your choice on your first visit; it is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the « Manage cookies » link at the bottom of the page. Shops created with 1.2.3 Ventes have the same consent banner.

6 - Profiling

Good news! 1.2.3 Ventes does not perform any profiling processing.

7 - Transfer of data outside the European Union

Good news! 1.2.3 Ventes does not transfer any data outside the European Union or within the European Union.

8 - Right to information

You can access, rectify or oppose your personal information at any time by eMail to: contact@123ventes.com.

9 - Delete your 123Ventes account (website, 123Ventes app and Ma boutique app)

To delete your account, send an e-mail to contact@123ventes.com from your account's e-mail address, with the subject "Account deletion" and the name of your shop. Within 30 days, we delete your shop and its catalogue, your contact details, your forum and FAQ accounts and your customers' data, then confirm it by e-mail. Only invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law.
